Tasted at the domaine after a walk through a labyrinth of buildings this is an ultra-classic Puligny. Matured in 10% new oak barrels, this 2017 Puligny offers pêche de Vignes, lemon and apple. It’s a delicate wine with the poise of a world class ballerina. Very, very good.
