Puligny-Montrachet “Les Meix” 2017, Olivier Leflaive

Tasted at the annual en primeur Corney & Barrow Burgundy tasting this Puligny 2017 is both classic and classy. A nose of lemon and oak vanillins. Mineral, linear, balanced, fresh, well-defined. This is a good Puligny from the tasty 2017 vintage although on this showing not on a par with alternatives from producers like François Carillon and Jacques Prieur.
