Chassagne-Montrachet 2015, Philippe Colin

Tasted at the annual Justerini & Brooks en primeur Burgundy tasting this was the second wine from Domaine Philippe Colin. A very clean (stainless steel) ripe yellow apple, nashi pear and key lime pear nose. On the palate this Chassagne is dominated by fresh lemon. In this plumper vintage the balance is there which retains an attractive vivacity. Very good and scores 70/100.
