Poully-Fuissé "Les Crays" 2007, Annie C Forest

Lemon, apple, thick, some apricot, vanilla, broad, a tad heavy. Could imagine it would be good with filet de sole jointville. Decent effort but lacks freshness. Raises the question as to whether wines from this appellation should be consumed in their first 3 years as the essential acidity falls away after that.
