Meursault 1er Cru "Clos Richemont" 2009, Henri Darnat

This vineyard is a Monopole and a prized asset of the Domaine Henri Darnat. The 2007 Clos Richemont was certainly very impressive when tasted at the state-of-the-art wine production facility owned by the domaine just outside Meursault. This is a really attractive, fine wine. A compote of melon, pear, lemon on the nose. Utterly charming. Mineral, long, lively and racy on the palate. This Meursault 1er Cru needs at least 6 years in bottle to fill out and release its full personality. A star of the 2009 vintage.
