Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru 2009, Tollot Beaut

Last year I had the remarkable experience of taking a bottle of Corton-Bressandes 2000 from Francois Gay as a gift to a friend and he immediately produced a bottle of Corton-Bressandes 1996 from Follin-Arbelet. What I call pinot-telepathy! This is tame on the nose. Then chewy, iron crust, granitic. Medium acidity, a savoury style, seems a touch dry. Simply put, not showing well. Tasted courtesy of the Justerini & Brooks Burgundy 2009 tasting.
