Chablis Grand Cru "Vaudesir" 2008, Moulin de Vaudons

The Moulin de Vaudons is owned by the domaine Joseph Drouhin one of the major vineyard owners in Beaune. This Grand Cru has hints of oak, a good structure, peach and lemon flavours, chalk texture. Presently more about finesse than depth. Needs time to fatten up.
