Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru "Champs Gain" 2007, Henri Darnat

Another intriguing wine from Henri Darnat. White flowers, soft mint aromas and mysterious nose, the bride covered by the veil. Excellent concentration, length, long, very long finish.... 30 seconds and the thick citrus, almond and mineral flavours linger. As with the other wines from this domaine, requires another 2 years of bottle age to be approachable. Vin de garde.
