Chablis 2007, Jean-Marc Brocard

The wines of Jean-Marc Brocard are available in abundance in London, the world centre of wine connoisseurs, so I thought I should visit the domaine in person. What better way to start than with the village appellation? This Chablis 2007 starts with citrus, evidently benchmark stuff from the start, very bright, flint, silex, dry finish, tart and needs another 2 years to fully express itself.
