Courtesy of the Bibendum Burgundy tasting 2007. The Tollot-Beaut domaine is now managed by Nathalie Tollot and she continues the fine traditions started by her forefathers. This wine: briar, cherry, beetroot, bursting with ripe fruits with a very clean impression. This domaine is known to vinify with a judicious amount of oak but this wine appears oak-dominated with astringent tannins. Ergo: "This one... not so much."
