Courtesy of the Bibendum Burgundy tasting 2007. The family name "Colin" is one that crops up in many villages on the Côte de Beaune especially around Chassagne. This Saint-Aubin turned out to be a pleasant, easy-drinking, fruit-driven wine. Something to share with friends. Honeydew melon, tasty, slightly toasted oak, chunky tangerine and melon fruit. Very pleasant and reasonably priced to boot!
