Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru "Les Bousselots" 2006, Domaine Chevillon-Chezeaux

Tasted on the thirty-ninth floor of the Canary Wharf tower this turned out to be a welcome thirst-quencher after a 3 hour debate about climate change. I'd be interested to know what Burgundy producers think about climate change. It seems incredible that in 2003 the vendanges started in late August and the 2008 vendanges started in late September. Has the Cote d'Or seen this amount of variability before?
