Jean-Marc Brocard proves the point with a typical light, silvery hay colour, aromas of hawthorn, clover, apple and a little creamyness. Crisp and dry on the palate with an eye-squeezing tangyness from the high citrus acidity. Excellent with flaky roasted fish like cod or haddock. Ca se boit hein!
Indeed cod and chablis were meant for each other.
