Chassagne-Montrachet Vieilles Vignes 2005, Fernand & Laurent Pillot

Bright red colour. Closed, oak, bakcground cherry and plum with a dash of licorice. Quite ripe red and black fruit on the palate, tannic, good cherry fruit, hot finish. Typical red Chassagne with the additional concentration from the old vines.
