This is another monopole vineyard of the impressive Domaine des Varoilles in Gevrey. Very attractive nose of blueberry, cooked orange and raspberry. Will appeal to any hedonistic wine taster. Balanced, delicious now, good energy on the finish. Very elegant just like Mademoiselle of the domaine who hosted us for the tasting. Brilliant wine. Scores 83-88/100.
