This Vosne 1er Cru has a retarded, loganberry nose. Spherical, structured, closed. A combination of oolitic limestone and clay produces a more structured wine with salt and minerals. We considered this to be a Chabalesque wine. In tune with Bruno Clavlier's rugby playing past.
