Courtesy of the Bibendum Burgundy tasting 2007. Almonds, biscotti, honeyed with a background of orange fruit. This is a weighty wine on the palate drawing on lashings of cherry, strawberry and orange fruits -- in the strange way that white wines sometimes have of being dominated by the flavours of red-skinned fruits. Broad fruit rather than mineral length. This is an interesting contrast to the domaine's Meursault wines. Enjoyable and well-made.
