Tasting note from new contributor Daniel Simon. This Meursault village appellation has a light yellow colour with golden highlights. Starts with an elegant nose of citrus and gradually emits notes of rich buttery toast. Minerally palate with lots of lemon, good concentration and a certain richness that leaves one yearning for yet another glass. Moderate length. Went well with asparagus and lobster followed by strawberries in the shade of some hollyhocks.
